Our pricing depends on how many sides you customize (front, back, or both) and the size of your design.

Is the quality of products good enough?
Absolutely. We use premium fabrics and industry-standard printing methods like DTF, DTG, Sublimation, Embroidery, UV, and Digital Printing to ensure every piece feels durable, comfy, and looks sharp. Our products match the quality you’d expect from top clothing brands — but with a key difference: they’re fully customizable, made to reflect your personal style.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because your piece is custom made just for you, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind later — fair and square.
BUT if there's a defect, damage, wrong item, or we screwed up your design — we’ll either remake it or refund you.

How long will it take to get my order?

From the moment you place your order to the second it lands at your door, it usually takes 8–14 working days.
We first craft your custom piece (no mass production nonsense), quality-check it properly, and then ship it out.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Each piece at Sk8Soul® is fully unique and made just for you through small-batch manufacturing.
Because of this custom process, we don’t offer COD — we only start crafting your order once it’s confirmed.
