❌ CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order goes straight into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
If you cancel within the 2-hour window, a full refund will be issued as store credit.
⚠️ HOW DO I REPORT A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send us an email or WhatsApp with clear photos and details of the issue, and our team will review and help resolve it fast.
📦 WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T GET IT?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package is missing, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
We’ll coordinate with the courier and do our best to help track it down — but please note, Sk8Soul™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
