📦 SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY

We ship across PAN India. Delivery times vary based on location:

• Metro Cities: 2-5 business days after dispatch
• Other Urban Areas: 5-8 business days after dispatch
• Remote & Rural Areas: 8-10 business days after dispatch

During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

💸 SHIPPING CHARGES

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We only accept secure online payments to ensure smooth processing of personalized orders.

🔍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package in real-time. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeline, please reach out to us.

🚫 ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Sk8Soul™ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missing package or damage during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the marked delivery date.

📦 LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays or lost shipments can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. However, Sk8Soul™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
